Authority
Character, style, audio, and accepted-media decisions remain explicit.
Internal Production System · Active Development
Building the system behind the work.
GTI Studios is developing a local-first, human-directed AI video workstation being built to connect script planning, character and style authority, rendering, continuity, audio, lip sync, timeline assembly, quality control, and publishing into one governed production workflow.
Why this exists
Individual AI models can generate impressive moments. Production also requires stable authority, repeatable decisions, controlled revision paths, dependable dispatch, synchronized sound, assembly, inspection, and a clear handoff to publishing. The GTI workstation connects those responsibilities while keeping an operator in authority.
Character, style, audio, and accepted-media decisions remain explicit.
Scene context and production intent can move forward with each shot.
Jobs, metadata, revisions, and handoffs follow a governed path.
Important creative and production decisions remain operator-directed.
System flow
Public subsystem names show the engineering architecture. Each stage also states its production purpose in plain language.
Plan & Authority
Script and storyboard planning, show, character, and style authority, plus scene-level control.
Orchestrate & Render
Shot planning, governed render dispatch, continuity handoff, variants, and bridge generation.
Audio & Sync
Voice, Foley and sound effects, ambience, music authority, and dialogue sync.
Assemble
Accepted-media ingest, clip assembly, audio lanes, timing, trimming, mixing, and workprint construction.
Inspect
Read-only quality inspection of the assembled workprint and its production evidence.
Publish
Local publishing workflow, metadata, scheduling, YouTube integration, and advertising operations.
Public status matrix
These labels describe foundations and current engineering priorities—not a claim that every capability inside a subsystem is finished.
Real proof
This existing workstation walkthrough shows real GTI workflow development. It is presented as current evidence, not as a claim that every planned subsystem is complete.
What this means for production
The workstation is designed to make complex production more controlled and reviewable, while recognizing that consistency and creative judgment still require human work.
More consistent characters and visual identity across shots.
Revisions can target specific scenes or assets instead of rebuilding an entire production.
Render jobs, audio, and accepted media move through a controlled workflow.
Production decisions remain reviewable instead of disappearing into one-off prompts.
One system can support commercials, music visuals, character-driven projects, and longer-form production.
The workstation is not a one-click autonomous video generator.
It is not being offered as public SaaS today.
Not every subsystem is finished.
Human authority remains part of important production decisions.
The system is being developed by using it on actual GTI production work.
Current build milestone · September 2026
Script → storyboard → governed render → audio/sync → AnimTrack → TCS → complete rough workprint
The first complete Zoo Yard High production workprint is now the reference specimen for the next quality-control phase. The production pass proved the full path into a complete assembled workprint while also exposing the real issues that QC must inspect next.
