How GTI Studios handles website information and Google-integrated functionality.
GTI Studios is a creative production company based in Redding, California. This policy covers information submitted through the GTI Studios website and Google data accessed through ViralCut AI, private/internal marketing and advertising operations software developed and operated by GTI Studios.
Learn more about ViralCut AI by GTI Studios.
GTI Studios collects information you submit through our contact or project request forms. This may include your name, email, business name, project details, budget range, timeline, and related notes.
We use this information to review your request and follow up about the work you're asking about. GTI Studios does not sell submitted contact information.
We use Resend to process and deliver inquiry emails to GTI Studios. Submitted details are included so we can review the request, clarify a quote, and follow up. A successful website confirmation means the email provider accepted the request; it does not confirm that a person has read it.
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Web Analytics to help us understand visits and page performance. This analytics service is separate from Google Ads conversion measurement and does not use analytics cookies.
We use Google Ads to understand whether advertising leads to accepted commercial project inquiries. Where enabled, the Google tag may use cookies or advertising identifiers and ordinary connection information. Advertising personalization is disabled; this integration does not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, budgets, project text, or outreach codes to Google, and does not use enhanced conversions.
Cloudflare's request-country information determines whether measurement requires an opt-in. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and when the region cannot be determined, Google Ads measurement stays unloaded until you accept. Declining keeps it blocked. Elsewhere it can load without a consent banner. You can decline or change your choice using the Measurement preferences control at the bottom of any page. Your inquiry works regardless of this choice.
We remember only your accepted or declined choice in first-party session storage, separate from inquiry records. Browser settings can prevent persistence. Withdrawing after Google has loaded reloads the page to stop that integration; a decline-only URL fragment provides a fallback when storage is unavailable. Withdrawing does not undo information already sent. Previously accepted inquiries are not replayed when you later accept measurement.
Only a confirmed accepted inquiry from our commercial form can send a lead event. It includes a random GTI submission reference as Google's transaction identifier to reduce duplicate measurement. A separate session record prevents repeating or later replaying the same event. This measurement is distinct from ViralCut AI's operator-authorized Google account access below.
We use session storage in your browser to remember a random submission reference, its creation time, and whether a request was accepted. These records help reduce accidental duplicate submissions and restore confirmation in the same tab. Form text and contact details are not stored in these records. Retry protection is limited to 23 hours; accepted confirmation can remain for the browser tab’s session. Starting another request replaces its reference. Browser settings may prevent this storage.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request the font styles and files, which involves sending ordinary connection information such as your IP address. This font loading is separate from ViralCut AI’s Google account operations described below.
If website tools or processing change, we will update this page to describe the actual behavior.
ViralCut AI uses Google OAuth to request authorization for specific Google Ads and YouTube functionality. Google authorization is granted by an authorized operator and is limited by the permissions approved through Google's consent process. Google Ads and YouTube authorization are separated where appropriate for their respective uses.
OAuth refresh authorization and credential material used by ViralCut AI are stored locally in GTI Studios' operating environment. They are handled outside public browser responses and are not intentionally included in public pages, logs, screenshots, or artifacts. Access is limited to people operating GTI Studios' internal advertising workflows.
When an authorized Google account is connected, ViralCut AI may access advertising data needed to operate GTI Studios campaigns. This can include campaign configuration, campaigns and related ad entities, performance and reporting information, budgets, targeting settings, conversion configuration, creative-to-campaign associations, and related account advertising data.
GTI Studios uses this information to create, manage, review, and improve its own Google Ads and YouTube advertising. ViralCut AI currently manages GTI Studios advertising rather than campaigns for third-party advertisers.
GTI Studios does not sell Google user data or share it with unrelated third parties for their own purposes. Access is used only for GTI Studios' authorized advertising operations and supporting service functionality.
ViralCut AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Campaign creation and material budget changes require explicit operator action. ViralCut AI does not generate, buy, or simulate fake clicks, views, subscribers, likes, comments, conversions, or artificial streaming.
GTI Studios retains website submissions and application data only for as long as they remain useful for the purposes described in this policy, legal obligations, or legitimate operational needs. Retention periods vary by data type and operational context. GTI Studios does not currently use a single fixed retention period for all website submissions and application data.
You can revoke an application's Google access through the permissions or security controls in your Google Account. Revocation prevents the authorization from being used for future access, but it may not automatically remove authorization material or other application data already retained under GTI Studios' control.
To request deletion of retained application data or authorization material under GTI Studios' control, contact us at the address below. We will review and act on the request subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Privacy questions or deletion requests can be sent to hello@gti-studios.com.
